{"id":10205,"date":"2024-09-23T14:17:09","date_gmt":"2024-09-23T18:17:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/granitestatetaxpayers.org\/gst\/?p=10205"},"modified":"2024-09-23T14:17:09","modified_gmt":"2024-09-23T18:17:09","slug":"2024-gst-survey-of-members","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/granitestatetaxpayers.org\/gst\/2024-gst-survey-of-members\/","title":{"rendered":"2024 GST Survey of Members"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>GST<\/em> is requesting information from our members to help plan programs for the next biennium. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Granite State Taxpayers<\/em> has the mission to:<br \/>\nInform, educate and motivate New Hampshire taxpayers and to lobby the legislature on their behalf.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re beginning to plan our efforts to fulfill that mission in the 2025 &#8211; 2026 election cycle.<br \/>\nTo inform that planning, we&#8217;re asking for member opinions through completion of a survey. <\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re requesting your assessment of the various information products we produce, like:<br \/>\n&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/granitestatetaxpayers.org\/gst\/2024-gst-legislator-scorecards\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">GST ScoreCard<\/a>  of votes taken by incumbent Legislators<br \/>\n&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/granitestatetaxpayers.org\/gst\/2024-candidate-survey-results\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">GST Candidate Survey<\/a> of registered candidates before each election<br \/>\n&#8211; and others<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re asking whether you have suggestions on other things we should consider doing.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re asking whether you have a specific interest or skill you could use to help us protect taxpayers.<br \/>\n&#8211; The survey lists a variety of opportunities for volunteers to help us in that effort.<br \/>\nAll of <em>GST<\/em>s efforts are the work of volunteers, and we can always use more volunteers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We&#8217;re asking you to take a few minutes to complete a survey on those topics.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/YPWVFJ6\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Click here to take the survey.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Granite State Taxpayers<\/em> is New Hampshire\u2019s oldest statewide Taxpayer Association.<\/strong><br \/>\nIt was founded in 1990 by Governor Mel Thomson and Senator George Lovejoy.<br \/>\nTo support our mission, click to <a href=\"https:\/\/granitestatetaxpayers.org\/gst\/join\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">join our membership<\/a> ($20\/yr.) or to <a href=\"https:\/\/granitestatetaxpayers.org\/gst\/donate\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">make a donation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your support.<\/p>\n<p>Ray F.
