Qualifying events include birth, adoption or fostering of a child; serious illness of a spouse, civil union partner, child, parent, grandparent or in-laws, and addiction treatment.<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gencourt.state.nh.us\/bill_status\/billText.aspx?sy=2018&amp;id=37&amp;txtFormat=html\" target=\"_blank\">Click here to read HB628.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>HB628 first passed the House last month ago with 183-151 in support. <\/strong><br \/>\nThe House Commerce Committee recommendation against it was overturned on February 8, 2018.<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gencourt.state.nh.us\/bill_status\/Roll_Calls\/billstatus_rcdetails.aspx?vs=30&amp;sy=2018&amp;lb=H&amp;eb=HB0628&amp;sortoption=&amp;txtsessionyear=2018&amp;txtbillnumber=hb628&amp;ddlsponsors=&amp;lsr=16\" target=\"_blank\">Click here to see who voted for HB628 on2\/8\/18.<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nIt&#8217;s now in the House Finance Committee for further review, wwith a third House vote around March 15, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;HB628 would grow government, add regulation and cost, and have the State take over a service already offered in the private market.&#8221; said <em>GST<\/em> Chairman Ray Chadwick.<br \/>\n<strong>&#8220;Anyone who cares about the interests of taxpayers should tell their legislators to vote against HB628.&#8221;<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gencourt.state.nh.us\/house\/members\/housemembers.html\" target=\"_blank\">Click here to find your Representatives.
