Chuck Schumer has committed to pass S.! by whatever means necessary, and could schedule  to a vote in the U.S. Senate as early as this Tuesday 6\/22\/21. Sen. Joe Manchin, <a href=\"https:\/\/granitestatetaxpayers.org\/gst\/joe-manchin-why-im-voting-against-the-for-the-people-act\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><em>previously an opponent of S.1 and supporter of the filibuster<\/em><\/a>, may be &#8220;reconsidering&#8221; his position. <\/p>\n<p><strong>To show opposition to S.1, the NHGOP is organizing <a href=\"https:\/\/events.nh.gop\/event\/defend-nh-elections-demonstration-outside-sen-maggie-hassans-office\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><em>a demonstration<\/em><\/a> outside Sen.
