Ensuring that every vote is cast freely, without intimidation or undue influence, is also a valid and important state interest.<\/em> SCOTUS, Brnovich v Democratic National Committee, 7\/1\/21<br \/>\n<em>We have \u2026 noted \u2026 that the States have the power to require that voters be bona fide residents of the relevant political subdivision.<\/em> SCOTUS, Dunn v Blumstein, 3\/21\/72<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT WE NEED TO ACHIEVE<\/strong><br \/>\nRevise current NH election law to make our voting system simple to understand and execute, resistant to fraud, and available exclusively to residents of New Hampshire<br \/>\nCounter the Democrat agenda to make elections easier to manipulate and win.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nGOALS FOR 2021 \u2013 2022 LEGISLATION IN NEW HAMPSHIRE<\/strong><br \/>\nRequire New Hampshire ID to obtain ballot. Non NH ID must do new registration.<br \/>\nRegistration requires same types of ID as NH Driver license.<br \/>\nProof of residency\/domicile required by close of polls on election day (not after) to vote<br \/>\nEnd identity and residency\/domicile affidavits.<br \/>\nEnd &#8220;temporary absence&#8221; absentee voting for residents of other states, require ID.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE DEMOCRAT\/PROGRESSIVE CAMPAIGN FOR LESS SECURE ELECTIONS<\/strong><br \/>\nDemocrats have been working for years to decrease election integrity by \u201cincreasing voter access and participation.\u201d The pandemic provided an excuse for legislation and lawsuits to loosen election laws. They\u2019re working to make those changes permanent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal Efforts\/Lawsuits by Democrat Party and Allies in many (esp. swing) states<\/strong><br \/>\nNovel standing and legal arguments, some successful (e.g. NH District Court SB3 case)<br \/>\nVarious NH Democratic Party lawsuits against NH to allow out of state residents to vote.<br \/>\nAmerican Federation of Teachers 8\/31\/20 suit for NH mail out voting, ballot harvesting.<br \/>\nDNC 2016 lawsuit to force Arizona to allow ballot harvesting and out of precinct voting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Continue the Democrat\/Progressive Action Plan Used for the 2020 Elections<\/strong><br \/>\nAllegations of irregularities and unconstitutional changes in state laws were ignored.<br \/>\nMedia ignored any allegations of fraud and worked to suppress them.<br \/>\nSocial media companies shutting down or de-platforming people and other media.<br \/>\nTime Magazine (2\/4\/21) published \u201cThe Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election\u201d, about \u201c<em>a well-funded cabal of powerful people, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information. They were not rigging the election; they were fortifying it.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legislative Agenda HR1\/S1 (per Sen. Klobuchar to be in $3.5T Reconciliation Bill)<\/strong><br \/>\nFederalize election process in the states, impose mandates, implement the worst 2020 changes in election rules and further erode or eliminate basic security protocols.<br \/>\n15 days of early voting, automatic voter registration, same-day and online registration.<br \/>\nBan state voter ID laws. Mandate allowing voting without ID by merely signing affidavits.<br \/>\nRequire allowing 16 and 17 year-olds to register and (with no ID) likely vote.<br \/>\nNo-fault absentee ballots, ban witness signature or notarization requirements ballots; require accepting absentee ballots up to 10 days after Election Day.<br \/>\nRequire states to allow ballot harvesting so that any third parties deliver ballots.<br \/>\nTransfer redistricting rights from legislatures to \u201cindependent\u201d commissions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expand the Voter Base (per Sen. Durbin to be in $3.5T Reconciliation Bill)<\/strong><br \/>\nExpanded voting rights for convicted felons<br \/>\n\u201cPathway to citizenship\u201d for DACA, temporary protected status and farm workers.<br \/>\nOpen borders and un-vetted Afghan refugees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>National Popular Vote Interstate Compact<\/strong><br \/>\nIf passed by enough states to control 270 Electoral College votes, it would guarantee the Presidency to the candidate with the most popular votes from all 50 states and DC.<br \/>\nHas 195 EC votes: CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, HI, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NM, NY, OR, RI, VT, WA<br \/>\nPassed one chamber in AR, AZ, ME, MI, MN, NC, NV, OK, VA with 88 electoral votes.<br \/>\nClinton got 6,006,568 more votes than Trump in California and New York alone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expand (pack) the US Supreme Court<\/strong><br \/>\nAside from ending the Constitution, expanding the Court with six liberal justices would ensure more expansive assessment of voting rights and restricted rules for security.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nHOW DO WE FIGHT BACK?<\/strong><br \/>\nTalk! Talk! Talk! Make people aware of the threat this poses to our democratic system<br \/>\nContact our Senators and Congressmen to protest their promised votes to support the Reconciliation bill.
