Granite State Taxpayers members voted to approve the following changes to the GST Bylaws:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Board of Directors will include up to 13 Directors (including the Officers)
\nOfficers are to be elected by the Directors and must be Directors to be candidates
\nDirectors are authorized to remove Board members for action detrimental to GST
\nDirectors are authorized to fill vacancies on the Board
\nAdd Email as a method of notification and sending information to members
\nAdd posting on the website as a method of making information available to members
\nAdd email and on-line questionnaires as methods for returning ballots and voting<\/p>\n

The revised GST Bylaws are effective as of November 19, 2014.<\/p>\n
