\/>\nNew Hampshire allows voters to register using an out-of-state driver license for identification<br \/>\nGetting a driver\u2019s license in any state requires documenting that one is a resident there.<br \/>\nWhile an out of state driver\u2019s license provides proof of identity, it also proves residency in another state.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nREQUIRING VOTERS BE RESIDENTS, AND PROVE IT, IS COMMON IN OTHER STATES<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cWe have in the past noted approvingly that the States have the power to require that voters be bona fide residents of the relevant political subdivision.\u201d SCOTUS, Dunn v Blumstein, 3\/21\/72<br \/>\n49 other states and DC require voters to be residents, and provide proof that they are.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/granitestatetaxpayers.org\/gst\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/VoterResidencyRegistrationbyState.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">47 states and DC require proof of duration of residency before voting.<\/a> (27 require 30 days)<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/granitestatetaxpayers.org\/gst\/majority-support-a-voter-residency-requirement\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">In 2015, a majority of New Hampshire residents approved of a 30 day residency requirement to vote.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>You can go through the following Secretary of State reports to see how many voted in your town.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/granitestatetaxpayers.org\/gst\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/NHPR-OOS-DL-for-NH-Existing-Reg.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">REPORT ON SAME DAY REGISTRATIONS IN 2016 ELECTION<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\n6,540 voters registered using out-of-state licenses and 1,423 did so with no identification at all.<br \/>\n2,246 voters registered using Massachusetts (3 Democrats for each Republican) licenses.<br \/>\n491 voters used out of state licenses to change registration between towns in New Hampshire.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2017\/09\/07\/exclusive-kobach-out-of-state-voters-changed-outcome-new-hampshire-senate-race\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The 2016 election for the US Senate was decided by 1,017 votes.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><a target=\"_blank\">REPORT ON SAME DAY REGISTRATIONS IN 2020 ELECTION<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\n4,778 voters registered using out-of-state licenses.<br \/>\n1,822 voters registered using Massachusetts (3 Democrats for each Republican) licenses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DOMICILE, AND RIGHT TO VOTE, IS BASED UPON INTENT, DEFINED BY REGISTRANTS.<\/strong><br \/>\nRegistrant has no obligation to provide proof of
