{"id":8773,"date":"2022-10-19T02:28:14","date_gmt":"2022-10-19T06:28:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/granitestatetaxpayers.org\/gst\/?p=8773"},"modified":"2022-10-19T02:32:45","modified_gmt":"2022-10-19T06:32:45","slug":"zuckerbucks-in-michigan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/granitestatetaxpayers.org\/gst\/zuckerbucks-in-michigan\/","title":{"rendered":"Zuckerbucks in Michigan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Federalist has published a report on how Zuckerbucks helped shift Michigan Voting Rules.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/granitestatetaxpayers.org\/gst\/?s=zuckerbucks\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><em>GST <\/em>previously reported on this effort to manipulate elections on behalf of Democrats.<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/granitestatetaxpayers.org\/gst\/2020-election-issues\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">We&#8217;ve also commented on 2020 Election Issues.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/03\/25\/exclusive-zuckerberg-connected-nonprofit-helped-shift-michigans-2020-voting-rules\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Read the Federalist: Zuckerberg-Connected Nonprofit Helped Shift Michigan\u2019s 2020 Voting Rules.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The paper describes how a private organization, with ties to Zuckerberg\u2019s CTCL, gained access to absentee ballots and edged public officials out of the election process.<br \/>\nThe objective, attempted and implemented in other states, was to use the Covid pandemic as an excuse to implement looser, and more fraud prone, rules covering absentee voting and ballot harvesting, and to implement such rules, if necessary, without legislative support by suing or manipulating election officials to implement the changes.<\/p>\n<p>An example is a 2020 <a href=\"https:\/\/clearinghouse.net\/doc\/110358\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>American Federation of Teachers suit against the NH Absentee Ballot Process.<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nThe suit argued the NH Absentee Ballot process, as amended due to Covid, was unconstitutional because:<br \/>\n<em>it prohibits delivery of ballots by agents (ballot harvesting).<br \/>\nit requires voters to put postage on the envelope to return their ballot (a poll tax).<br \/>\nit requires that only ballots returned to election officials by election day may be counted.<\/em>.<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/clearinghouse.net\/doc\/110359\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The American Federation of Teachers suit was unsuccessful.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The strategy to amend voting rules without actual legislation was successful in many states.<\/strong><br \/>\nThat supports an argument that the 2020 Presidential election was unconstitutional.<br \/>\nPer the US Constitution, Article II Section 1:<br \/>\n<em>The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.<br \/>\nHe shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows<br \/>\nEach State shall appoint, <strong>in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct,<\/strong> a Number of Electors, &#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct&#8221; means, of course, a statute passed by that Legislature.<br \/>\n<strong>Any election not run in accordance with statute, like the 2020 Presidential election, fails that test.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Posted by GST Chairman Ray Chadwick<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Federalist has published a report on how Zuckerbucks helped shift Michigan Voting Rules.
