The Yes On NH 1 Political Action Committee Will Promote Question 1 to New Hampshire Voters.
Taxpayer Standing (CACR 15) Will Be on the Ballot this November. A two-thirds majority is necessary to pass it.
Question 1 relates to a Constitutional amendment enabling taxpayers to bring suits against the government.
The proposed Constitutional Amendment states that a taxpayer who is eligible to vote in the state has standing to petition the court to declare whether the state or the political subdivision in which the taxpayer resides has spent funds in violation of a law, ordinance, or constitutional provision.
Former NH Supreme Court Justice Chuck Douglas is the Chairman of the Yes On NH 1 PAC.
