2022 Legislator Scorecards
The GST Scorecards are based on roll-call votes (fifty-one House and thirty Senate) taken over the course of the 2021-2022 session. Besides taxes, bills were included on spending, business regulation, voting integrity, electric rates and other issues of interest to taxpayers.

Survey invitations were sent to 961 primary candidates (490 Republican, 445 Democrat, and 26 Undeclared) to determine their positions on taxpayer issues.
205 candidates completed the survey. 72 of them achieved a score of 100%. The group average was 91%.
196 Republicans averaged 93%, 4 Democrats averaged 25%, 5 Undeclared averaged 62%.
2022 Candidate Survey at the GST website has information on the questions that candidates were asked, scores for each candidate, and a downloadable spreadsheet with candidate answers and their comments on each question.
“Voting records and candidate positions on taxpayer issues impact our choices when voting,” said GST Chairman Ray Chadwick. “GST makes that information available so voters can make an informed choice and vote for candidates who care about Taxpayers.”
