Since 2013, inflation has been 35% while per-pupil education expenses increased 58% to $21,700 and NEAP scores dropped 10 points for 4th graders in Reading and 15 points for 8th graders in Math.

Drew Cline, Chairman of the State Board of Education, was appointed by Gov. Chris Sununu in May 2017. He is also President of the Josiah Bartlett Center for Public Policy. Before that, he was an independent writer and communications consultant. His more than two-decade career in journalism includes 14 years as editorial page editor of the New Hampshire Union Leader, where he led the opinion pages and became a respected authority on state public policy. He also serves on the boards of the Daniel Webster Council and the Educational Farm at Joppa Hill, a non-profit teaching farm in Bedford.
Ann Marie Banfield, is a parental rights advocate in New Hampshire dedicated to promoting excellence in education. For over 20 years, she has worked to inform and empower parents, assist candidates for public office, and support legislation aimed at improving academic standards and accountability in schools. Her efforts have helped shape education policy across the state, always with a focus on transparency, parental involvement, and high-quality learning for every child.
Eric Pauer is an advocate for responsible governance, fiscal prudence, and academic excellence in our New Hampshire public schools and for our students. He was elected to and served on the Hollis Brookline Cooperative School Board. A 50-year resident of New Hampshire, he currently serves as the President of the School District Governance Association of New Hampshire, also known as SDGA. Eric is also an Air Force veteran, serving for over 30 years in the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve, retiring as a Colonel in 2018.
