Granite State Taxpayers members voted to approve the following changes to the GST Bylaws:
Board of Directors will include up to 13 Directors (including the Officers)
Officers are to be elected by the Directors and must be Directors to be candidates
Directors are authorized to remove Board members for action detrimental to GST
Directors are authorized to fill vacancies on the Board
Add Email as a method of notification and sending information to members
Add posting on the website as a method of making information available to members
Add email and on-line questionnaires as methods for returning ballots and voting
The revised GST Bylaws are effective as of November 19, 2014.
